The Sacramento Sirens and California Stage "Love Isadora"



May 14th, 2008. Women's football team The Sacramento Sirens was our guest on this week's show. Represented by Robin Medinger, Defensive End and Robin Grove,Offensive Tackle. We got a glimpse of the fun and excitement of the world of women's football. We also got a sneak peak of a play about the life of dancer, Isadora Duncan called "Love Isadora" presented by California Stage. Actor Lori Russo, who portrays Isabella and the playwright Rick Foster shared their inspirations with us.

May is Bike Month and singer "Marcel"


April 7th, 2008. May is Bike Month and we were joined by representative and Lincoln Council Member Tom Cosgrove to share about it. Also singer-songwriter "Marcel" joined us and shared his wonderful voice with us.

Scary Art Collective Artist Nicolas Caesar and band "Essex"








April 30th, 2008. Scary and Fun artwork by Nicolas Caesar, founder of The Scary Art Collective was the feature of this week's show. He shared his work and promoted the many other great artists in the The Scary Art Collective. Later we were entertained by a super fun band called "Essex" . They are a full band and we got to hear an acoustic version of songs like Abba's Dancing Queen.

Team Astroaraneae, The Mighty Tether, and Musician John Farias



On April 23rd our guests included Michael Remington of Team Astroaraneae who are working on the tether competition for a possible future "Space Elevator" and Documatary Film Maker Jeremey Dinovo, shares a clip from his film "The Mighty Tether", about the tether competition. Later in the show we were joined by musician John Farias, a past recipient of the SMAC Award and Host of annual charity show "Acoustic Jam".
